Alexander O'Neal live in Marbella

American pop legend Alexander O’Neal is appearing live in concert in Marbella on December 13 with special guests The Real Thing.

O’Neal had a string of worldwide hits including “Fake” and “Criticise” throughout the 80s and his album “Hearsay” sold over 700,000 copies in the UK alone.

The singer started out in 1978 with a band called Flyte Time from where he met future producers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. Flyte Time eventually became the backing band for Prince and O’Neal embarked upon his solo career.

In 1986 Alexander O’Neal had a co-production credit on Janet Jackson’s debut hit single “Control” and 1987 saw him release his second and most successful album “Hearsay” which resulted in massive sell-out stadium tours around the world.
