A resort property developer and operator with a worldwide presence that dates back to 1984, the year the company began, CLC World Resorts & Hotels (CLC World) has followed a path paved with success by tapping into family holiday and property owning desires, and destination trends.
Over almost 3 decades, the company has flourished expanding its resorts portfolio and diversifying its product range to offer more choice and flexibility. Currently there are 32 CLC World resorts at popular holiday locations within England, Scotland, Spain, Austria, Tenerife, Turkey, Australia and America. Further expansion is planned both at existing and in exciting new destinations.

Our world gets bigger – and better all the time!
CLC World’s success has been achieved by listening to its customers: the places they want to go, the things they want to do and how they want to achieve their dreams – and creating the right solutions. To meet desire for greater holiday flexibility, we introduced a system of Points to Europe in the 1990s. Points purchasers become members and can use these as a form of currency to holiday across the globe.
Over time, there sprang a demand from members to actually own outright at the company’s highly regarded resorts and a new private homes division was born, which subsequently became CLC Estates.
In 2007, the introduction of the Club La Costa Yacht Club opened up sailing holidays, normally the prerogative of only the very wealthy, to a wider clientele. The company also operates its own exclusive travel agency, CLC World Travel, offering great holiday deals with amazing cruises, worldwide hotel stays, flights, car hire, insurances and travel add-ons as part of a comprehensive booking service.
Making quality holidays affordable has been the company’s enduring mantra, with an insistence on high standards of resort management across all areas including maintenance, day to day running and guest services. From the warm welcome at Reception to beautifully kept accommodation, gardens and facilities that include restaurants, bars, swimming pools, spas, gyms, activity programmes and shops, guests can expect and receive the best.
